This is more appropriately referred to as bouncing while in a position. When stretching, hold that position for several seconds, then slowly and relax. You can do this exercise repeatedly this way. Forcing yourself off or to position during stretching can strain or damage some joints or muscles.
4. Akan slowly add in the work, not directly to continue to exercise or difficult position.
5. Make sure that you have stretched or out of all muscle groups. For some people, even if they have a strong body, they tend to be ignored when working from the neck stretching. Stretching the neck muscles can be as simple as placing the palm of the hand of the front of the head and pushing it. Then, do the same to the side and the back of the head.
6. Stretch regularly to continually increase the range of movement and the level of flexibility and strength.
