7. So motivation! The best way to keep the energy level of trainees so that competition is healthy and allows them to have a sense of control. Have a control that has a sense of ownership in which all people get a part in the implementation of the program. To do this, you must also be consistent in showing your skills.

Not all programs work for all types of people. No training is the best for everyone. But you learn from the experience. Learn to recognize the block and shows the self-discipline, self motivation and keep working hard every day and add variety. Doing these things, you will find that many programs will work for you.
