3. Themselves involved in the sport. Playing basketball, football, baseball, tennis or badminton. Many doctors have recommended sports as an effective way to keep fit and healthy. Sports can also be done in moderation. Do not take it seriously. Shooting basketball with a friend is one moderate exercise that is also considered as a sport.

4. Participate in training programs in the workplace. If you still do not have a training program in the workplace, so why not get started? You can talk to the boss about this and start with your colleagues. You not only lose calories but also a way to bond with them. This can be done 30 minutes, 3 times a week.

5. Exercise while doing household chores. Gardening, raking leaves, mowing grass, doing laundry, vacuuming and car washing are effective exercise at home. Using this function is to sweat and burn calories. Of using computers and gadgets to perform this function, why not be done with the hands and lose some of Fats?

Make exercise part of your daily routines will surprise you how many calories you will lose. This being the same exercise every day can burn 150 calories to 1000 calories per day!
