Very fitting gears or ill size equipment can be a cause of the accident training. Additional money spent on proper equipment to go far.
5.Do the right way
Bad technique is just as bad, good, bad equipment. Seek advice from a pro and a coach, this is valuable advice for exercise or training.
6.Go West (or any direction)
If you’re playing or training in some way, you also need to practice. Move to the side, backward, forward and all the movements that may be doing. This allows you to prepare the body.
7.Have own film
The camera does not lie. Show your video to the good signs in training, so that it can provide critical fitness of your life.
8.Loosen shoulder.
Even a slightly injured rotator can beat off the function of the shoulder. You may want to include stretching to protect the rotator cuffs.
