3.) Ensure always a spotter when lifting weights.
4.) Challenge the muscles, but make sure that it remains safe.
5.) Stretch, warm up before working out and cool-down gradually after sessions.
6.) Check for safety equipment before using it.
7.) It’s better to do less than the whole thing too much. Overtraining will exhaust enthusiasm and kill performance.
